PCSPECTRO Spectralphotometer
for Water Analysis

PCSPECTRO Spectralphotometer for Water Analysis

The advantages

  • Range 330 to 900 nm
  • High accuracy and repeatability
  • Large graphic-display
  • Multiple measurement capability
  • Easy maintenance
  • Easy to use
  • For the determination of more than 50 water-analysis Parameters

The Aqualytic PCSPECTRO have been specially designed to cover the complete requirements of water analysis spectrophotometers. The instrument is programmed for more than 50 water analysis methods (e.g. Ammonium, Chlorine, Chloride, COD, Iron, Copper, Nitrate, Phosphate, Sulfate, Zinc etc.) based on the proven range of Aqualytic tube tests, reagent tests and tablet tests.

Additionally the PCSPECTRO offers multiple measurement capabilities.

  • absorbance
  • transmission
  • concentration
  • kinetics
  • multi-wavelengths
  • polynome
  • wavelength scanning

Menus, curves and results are displayed on the large graphic-display. When turned on, the unit automatically carries out a complete self-test of all optical and electronic parts.

The PCSPECTRO also have a bidirectional RS 232C interface and a watertight keyboard. The halogen lamp is situated in the back of the unit, it is easy to reach, quick and simple to replace without tools.

AQUALYTIC Tube Tests

AQUALYTIC Tube Tests allow highly sensitive and high-precision water analysis with a minimum of effort. The cuvette tests contain accurate measured reagent volumes. The round cuvettes with a diameter of 16 mm made of special optical glass are supplied in a storage and dispatch box. Each box contains 25 cuvettes.

AQUALYTIC - Tablet Reagent

The performance of all photometers is related to the quality of the reagents used. AQUALYTIC tablet reagents have a 5 years guaranteed shelf live. Each tablet is individually sealed in aluminium foil and is therefor not exposed to the ambient influences. It remains "fresh" right up to the time it is removed from the foil. The possibility ageing effects on the indicator is therefor almost ruled out. The precise dosage of tablet reagents form and their easy handling ensures a high analytical accuracy. This is an important consideration for field measurements in adverse conditions.
