 Laboratory Guidelines ZH 1/119 state that the interiors of refrigerators in which a dangerous, explosive atmosphere can develope (e.g., from stored, flammable fluids) must be protected against explosion. They must also be marked clearly and permanently as follows: "Danger! Only the interior is explosion-proof!"
The Aqualytic CFC-free refrigerators of the EX-series meet the above mentioned guidelines and are T†V-certificated.
The exterior is manufactured from rugged sheet steel with an impactresistant powder coating.
The hard wareing interior is built in extremly resistant, white plastic (PS). The lockable door is supplied as standard with hinges to the left but can easily be reversed.
The magnetic seal runs round the whole door. The temperature is fully adjustable from + 2¡C to + 12¡C with a thermostat to provide constant control.
