Engineered for the transfer and circulation of corrosive liquids, the CAMAC SEMI-OPENED IMPELLER increases pumping efficiencies and prevents clogging.

Camac's newly designed impeller cooling vents circulate solution through out the non-metallic bellows seals and cavity. This reduces heat build up in the seal assembly resulting in longer service life and reduced maintenance. All models can be equipped with an optional water flushed seal which eliminates problems attributed to abrasive, crystalline and electroless solutions.

Features:

  • All non metallic wetted parts in contact with solution are constructed of either CPVC, Polypro, or KynarŪ. Capable of handling liquids at operating temperatures up to 300°F with KynarŪ, 200°F with CPVC and 180°F with Polypropylene.

  • Non-contaminating to solutions being pumped. Non-metallic bellows seal is standard.

  • Capable of handling abrasive solutions with optional water flushed seals.

  • O-rings to be Hypalon/Viton.

  • True venturi type volute case.

  • Epoxy coated mounting brackets.

  • Heavy duty design to prevent pump deflection.

  • Standard construction of seal materials is viton and/or EPDM, ceramic and carbon faces. Alternative Seal Materials-silconized carbon and silicon carbide.
