Product Information

The Model 267 is a conductivity monitor and controller with sensor. It may be used in condensate systems or process water applications where the conductivity range is from 0-100 µS. Custom ranges are available in 0-25 µS and 0-50 µS. The conductivity sensor comes with a ¾ inch MNPT connection and will operate at 400°F (204°C) and 70 psi (4.8 bar).

267   Conductivity condensate controller with HIGH/LOW setpoint dial (0-100 µS standard range). Sensor is made of 316SS and is rated 400°F (204°C) and 70 psi (4.8 bar).
 
CUSTOM RANGE (OPTIONAL; SELECT ONE OR MORE)
-CR2   0-25 range front panel; conductivity range is 0-25 µS.
-CR5   0-50 range front panel; conductivity range is 0-50 µS.

-35   Isolated 4-20 mA output for conductivity remote data acquisition.

RETRACTABLE OPTION (OPTIONAL)
67375   316 SS ball valve with 1 inch process connection. This retractable option allows user to remove sensor without disturbing process.
 
MOTORIZED BALL AND DIVERTING VALVE OPTIONS
MBV1   Motorized ½ inch blowdown valve with 1036 actuator; rated to 250 psi @ 400°F (17.2 bar @ 204°C).
MBV2   Motorized ¾ inch blowdown valve with 1036 actuator; rated to 250 psi @ 400°F (17.2 bar @ 204°C).
DV3/4   3-way, full-port motorized ball valve with actuator for ¾ inch. Temperature rating and psi are inversely proportional (200-800 psi è 350°F-125°F).
DV1   3-way, full-port motorized ball valve with actuator for 1 inch. Temperature rating and psi are inversely proportional (200-800 psi è 350°F-125°F).
