Metering Pumps Series 500 "dia-Pump" from Neptune Chemical Pump Company

Variable Oil By-pass™ stroke adjustment allows better valve performance than variable linkage designs. The valve checks have extra time to seat even in heavy liquids since they are idle during the by-pass portion of the suction and discharge strokes.

EZE-CLEAN™ Valves–Cartridges can be removed for cleaning without disturbing the piping to the pump. All Neptune "dia-Pumps" are adjustable from 10% through 100% of capacity by micrometer dial.

Neptune "dia-Pumps" are available in the following materials of construction:

• Cast Iron with 316SS Trim

• 316SS • PVC • Alloy 20 • Kynar

Sealless Pumptubes From Lutz Pumps

As more companies receive chemicals in bulk containers, Lutz is meeting the demand to safely transfer liquid by introducing its Sealless pumptubes in lengths up to 78". The safest way to avoid spillage (no leaking pumps or valves) is to extract liquid from the top rather than from the bottom drain.

Material of construction: Polypropylene with drive shaft in Hast. C, or all Stainless Steel with rotor in ETFE. Other models including the High Viscosity (up to 60,000 cps) pumps can be custom built to meet your demand.

To avoid emission and evaporation, pumps can be installed with fume barriers, which are available in Polypropylene and Stainless.
