Turtle Tough TiO2-ORP Titanium Dioxide ORP Sensor
A characteristic common to all Turtle Tough pH and ORP sensors is a massive solid state reference area which is ideally suited to this application as a physical deterrent to fouling. The unique construction and material composition allows it to withstand harsh cleaning. Any caking or fouling of the reference can be overcome by soaking in high strength acid or by physical removal such as scrubbing or even scrapping with a blade. This wont damage the sensor, but instead will reveal fresh reference area, greatly extending service life. Our proprietary low-profile platinum ball is extremely tough and designed to withstand the harsh abrasion of the environment and cleaning regime. Chemical resistance is also a major feature of this sensor, particularly against sulphide poisoning. Quite simply, the TT-TiO2-ORP Sensor will provide the best service life for Titanium Dioxide applications. Digital Smart Sensor Technology (DSST) This sensor is available with our digital smart sensor technology. This plug and play sensor has a quick connect fitting, eliminating the need for hard wiring to the analyser. On-board sensor memory allows the storage of calibration data, analyser configurations and sensor service history. This allows the sensor to be conveniently maintained and calibrated off-site or in the laboratory and pre-programmed with calibration data and analyser configurations. This stored information automatically uploads to the analyser upon connection and eliminates the need for any interaction with the analyser, greatly simplifying the change-out of sensors. A service log stored on the sensors is ideal for maintenance and quality assurance records.
